Embodyment™

Embodyment™ is a powerful hands-on healing technique developed my Rama Berch,
the creator of 'Svaroopa yoga' and the yoga style in which I trained.

Embodyment™ works by releasing deep layers of tensions at the base of the spine.
In a session the client is fully clothed and lying comfortably on his/her back with
support under the knees and head. The practitioner supports the client's sacrum
and sit bones, which after some minutes instigates a deep releasing process of
spinal core tensions. The technique is then repeated on the client's other side,
followed by a relaxing spinal twist and a gentle massage along each side of the spine.

This technique is deeply healing and can be used for almost any condition, including
back pain and tension. For those of you who find it difficult to relax, this can finally be
your turn to effortlessly let go into deep levels of rest and relaxation; perhaps in a way
you never imagined possible!
